SiteLeak is a public website scanner. We collect the information needed to run a scan, show a report, manage paid access, send requested emails, and keep the service secure.
What We Collect
Free scans may store the submitted public domain, normalized URL, scan result, timestamps, public page details, and basic abuse-prevention signals such as session, IP, and user-agent data.
If you sign in or pay, we may store your email address, account ID, report history, billing status, monitoring settings, alert preferences, and operational events needed to deliver the service.
What SiteLeak Does Not Intend To Collect
SiteLeak is designed for public pages only. It does not ask for website passwords, enter private dashboards, submit forms, place orders, create bookings, call phone numbers, or scan private-network targets.
Please do not submit URLs that contain secrets, access tokens, private customer data, patient data, payment data, or login-only paths.
How We Use Information
We use scan and account data to produce reports, provide paid sections, run scheduled monitoring, send report and alert emails, process billing, prevent abuse, diagnose delivery failures, and improve the product.
Service Providers
SiteLeak may use providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and database storage. Those providers process data so SiteLeak can operate the service. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; SiteLeak stores billing status and references, not full card numbers.
Emails and Preferences
If you request a report by email, we send the report link tied to that scan. Monitoring emails include a settings link that can turn off future alert emails for that subscription.
Your Controls
Signed-in users can delete account data from the dashboard. Deleting account data removes saved scans, reports, monitoring history, report-email captures, and local billing records attached to the SiteLeak account; payment-provider records may still be retained by the provider as required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, and compliance.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards for the size and nature of the service. We keep data while it is needed to provide reports, monitoring, billing, abuse prevention, legal, tax, and security functions, unless you delete account data or the law requires a different retention period.
Children
SiteLeak is built for business users and is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above shows the latest published version.
